Roglic noble helper Dumoulin is withdrawing from the Vuelta
Defending champion Primoz Roglic has lost his most important helper in the Jumbo-Visma team on the current Tour of Spain. Former time trial world champion and Giro winner Tom Dumoulin (Netherlands) dropped out of the Vuelta on Wednesday before the eighth stage.
