South Tyroleans on the verge of overall Transalp victory

Hannes Pallhuber and Massimo Debertolis are on the verge of overall victory in the 14th Tour Transalp. The two master riders prevailed on the sixth stage from Crespano del Grappa to Levico Terme for the fourth time in a row. Their closest competitors, the Austrians Hans Peter Obwaller and Mathias Nothegger, had to retire on the penultimate stage due to illness.
