Tirreno-Adriatico: Quinziato 8th in the individual time trial in San Benedetto

Manuel Quinziato finished the Tirreno-Adriatico tour with a top performance. The 34-year-old from Bolzano took an excellent 8th place in the final individual time trial with start and finish in San Benedetto del Tronto, thus achieving his second top ten placement this season. Victory went to Adriano Malori in the final and seventh stage of the tour, while Spaniard Alberto Contador won the overall classification.
