Tour Transalp: Kerschbaumer/Stecher climb onto the podium

The second stage of the Schwalbe-Tour-Transalp led on Monday from Sölden over 123,87 km and 3.000 meters in altitude to Brixen. The 1300 participants had to overcome both the Timmelsjoch and the Jaufen. The South Tyrolean participants, Oswald Kerschbaumer and Frowin Stecher, made it onto the podium for the first time. The third stage, which will be driven on Tuesday, leads from Brixen to St.Vigil in Enneberg.
