2 mini golfers from Naturns experience a great moment

Andreas Dall'Acqua and Fabian Schupfer are the first South Tyroleans to win the 25th international indoor team tournament in Kloten/Switzerland.

Andreas Dall'Acqua and Fabian Schupfer from SSV Naturns celebrated a sensational success in Switzerland. With a world-class performance and a round average of 22,11 strokes on the 18 concrete holes, the two minigolfers from Naturns were the first South Tyroleans to win the international indoor minigolf team tournament in Kloten on Sunday, which featured numerous national players from Germany and Switzerland, with 155 won with strokes.


After 7 rounds, Dall'Acqua and Schupfer prevailed in the play-off on lane 1 against the tied German-Finnish team Norbert Nolte/Marko Nuotio. It was one of the greatest South Tyrolean minigolf successes on an international level. The Swiss brothers Lars and Jan Anderegg from MC Burgdorf came in third. 3 duos from Germany, Finland, Switzerland and South Tyrol took part in the renowned indoor team tournament, including 51 teams from South Tyrol. Kurt Unterhauser and Hannes Laimer from SV Lana also made it into the top ten. The two Lanans finished tenth with 4 strokes.
