Fit through April: The special way to relax

With our video series “Fit through April” we want to offer our readers the opportunity to work on their own well-being even in times of the Corona exceptional situation, with closed fitness studios and limited outdoor exercise space. After a short warm-up phase, today we will dedicate ourselves to a very special type of relaxation, the Chinese Qi Gong method (all previous episodes are available on our YouTube channel).
