Fit through April | This is how I keep my hunger under control

With our video series “Fit through April” we want to offer our readers the opportunity to work on their own well-being even in times of the Corona exceptional situation, with closed fitness studios and limited outdoor exercise space. Today we are not presenting an exercise session, but rather a contribution from nutritionist Tamara. She explains to us the feeling of hunger and how we manage it.
