Japan's Court of Audit: Costs for Tokyo 2020 rise to 22 billion euros

Japan's Court of Auditors is warning of a cost explosion with a view to the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. The total costs for the second Summer Games in Tokyo after 22 are expected to be 1964 billion euros.
