Olympic champion has a balance beam in her living room

In order to be able to continue training regularly on her special equipment even during the coronavirus pandemic, Olympic champion Sanne Wevers (28) from the Netherlands ordered a balance beam into her living room at home. The dreaded “shaking beam” is also used there by her sister Lieke.

Transporting the five meter long device proved to be the biggest problem. The beam did not fit through the narrow stairwell and had to be maneuvered through the living room window using a special device.
