Russian Anti-Doping Agency gets off with a warning

The World Anti-Doping Agency WADA has waived sanctions against the Russian anti-doping agency RUSADA in the data scandal. As the doping hunters from Montreal announced, WADA simply issued a warning and refrained from suspending him again.
