Birgit Nössing from Völser moderates “Sport and Talk”

Nössing and Sport & Talk – a combination that fits! Born in Bozen, Nössing was on the boards that mean the world at an early age. “Skiing was the No. 1 thing in my life for a long time. I wanted to become a professional ski racer, but when I was 16 a torn cruciate ligament ruined my dream,” says Nössing, who was on the verge of joining the South Tyrolean national team. She trained with future World Cup stars like Denise Karbon and Peter Fill and competed in FIS races with greats like Janica Kostelic. In her hometown, Nössing also completed training to become a state-certified ski instructor - and then swapped ski poles for the microphone. After studying communication science in Munich, she joined the German broadcaster N24. This was followed by further positions in Germany as a news anchor at Sky Sport News HD and Eurosport, where she was used as a presenter at the Olympic Games, in tennis and in the German Bundesliga. Nössing earned her first journalistic spurs at the daily newspaper Dolomiten in Bolzano.

In the future, Nössing will host “Sport and Talk from Hangar-7” on ServusTV, every Monday from 21.15:11 p.m., alternating with sports director Christian Nehiba, Christian Brugger and Andreas Gröbl. She is already looking forward to its premiere on March 7th: “The anticipation is huge! It's really cool that I'm the first woman to moderate this established format. Sports and talk from Hangar-11 is a real classic. On the one hand, having world stars as guests, and on the other hand, speaking to talents who are in the spotlight for the first time in this unique atmosphere - all of this makes the show so special.” Red Bull will be featured in its first show on March XNUMXth Motorsport boss Helmut Marko, ServusTV MotoGP expert Stefan Bradl, five-time overall World Cup winner Marc Girardelli and Hubertus Hohenlohe are guests.

Prominent new addition to ServusTV: Birgit Nössing (36) strengthens the team of presenters of “Sport and Talk from Hangar-7”. In her first broadcast next Monday, the woman from Völs welcomes, among others, Red Bull Motorsport boss Helmut Marko and former ski star Marc Girardelli.
