Angelique Kerber decided not to take part in the Olympics

Rio silver medalist Angelique Kerber has canceled her participation in the Olympic tennis tournament in Tokyo. The reason for this was a thigh injury that the Kiel native sustained on her way to the semi-finals of Wimbledon, her management told the German Press Agency on Thursday.
