ATP Challenger Biella: Sinner narrowly fails to qualify

The 17-year-old from Sesto was narrowly defeated by the Brazilian Oscar Jose Guiterrez (ATP 413) 2:31, 6:4, 4:6(6) after 7:5 hours of play.
