Australian Open: Knapp meets Halep, Seppi against Istomin

The Australian Open, the first Grand Slam tournament of the season, begins in Melbourne on the night of Sunday to Monday. Andreas Seppi and Karin Knapp are already in action in the first match at 1 a.m. At the start, Seppi meets the Uzbek Denis Istomin on Court 22. Karin Knapp had an even tougher draw: the Ahrntaler is playing against number 3 in the world, Simona Halep, in the Rod Laver Arena.
