Australian Open: Losfee plays into the hands of Sinner and Seppi

The draw for the first round was initially postponed by 75 minutes at short notice. No reasons were given on Thursday. At the time of the postponement, a decision on the visa for number one seeded Serbian Novak Djokovic was still pending. Nothing had changed when he was finally given a duel with his compatriot Miomir Kecmanovic. As has now emerged, The “Djoker” will probably have to be patient until at least Friday.

Meanwhile, the looks of Jannik Sinner and were waiting Andreas Seppi excited to see their names on the display board. There is therefore a good chance that the 20-year-old from Sexten (ATP 11) will make it into the second round on the hard courts of Melbourne Park for the second time since 2. The winner of the duel between Steve Johnson (ATP 2020) and Jordan Thompson (ATP 2) would be waiting there. The first really tough challenge for Sinner could be in the round of 84 with the Norwegian Casper Ruud (ATP 73).

The opening round of the Australian Open will take place next Monday and Tuesday. The men's grand final will take place on Sunday, January 30th.
