A win rate of 63 percent is proof of this. He has already won 30 games this year. Sinner is at 37. In the first round he eliminated none other than Pablo Carreno Busta in a three-hour match. It was 1:6, 7:6 and 7:5 at the end of a thrilling exchange of blows. The Spaniard hadn't given Sinner the slightest chance in Montreal and then won the first Masters of his career.

Sinner and Kecmanovic know each other well, having met twice, with the Sesto native always having the upper hand. In 2019, the 21-year-old put the Serb in his place in four sets at the NextGen ATP Finals, and last year he won in two sets at the Great Ocean Road Open in Melbourne. Curious: Every time Sinner defeated Kecmanovic, he then won the tournament.
