Futures Rungg: Tomislav Brkic achieves the double

The big winner of the Sparkassen Trophy 2014 is Tomislav Brkic. In front of numerous spectators, the 24-year-old Bosnian won the final, which was hard to beat in terms of excitement, against the Italian Daniele Giorgini twice in the tiebreak with 7:6(3), 7:6(8). The day before, Brkic had already won the doubles alongside Mirza Basic. Brkic is the first player since Filippo Messori in 2000 to win singles and doubles in Rungg.
