ITF Chitila: Fellin fails in the last qualifying round

The 20-year-old from Brixen missed out on making it into the main draw at the $15.000 tournament in Chitila, Romania, on Tuesday. Fellin was eliminated in the third, decisive qualifying round against host Alexandru Vasile Manole, number 8 in the list and 1438 in the world.
