Manfred Fellin is in the second qualifying round of the $15.000 ITF tournament in Chitila in Romania. The 20-year-old from Brixen won his first round match on Sunday afternoon against local hero Ioan Luca Vidan in three sets 6:7, 7:5, 6:1.
