Verena Hofer was also eliminated in doubles at the international ITF junior tournament “Città di Prato” (Grade 2) on Thursday. The 17-year-old from Ortisei had to admit defeat in the quarterfinals with Federica Mordegan, the German Irina Cantos Siemers and the Swiss Simona Waltert 2:6, 2:6.
