ITF also reforms lower level of Davis Cup

After the highly controversial reform of the Davis Cup, the world tennis association ITF also reformed the lower level of the national tournament. As the ITF announced on Wednesday, from 2020 onwards a World Group I and a World Group II will be established below the finalists.
