ITF: Weis and Fellin are in the round of 16

Alexander Weis and Manfred Fellin reached the round of 16 of the ITF tournaments in Angers and Cairo on Wednesday. Moritz Trocker and Sebastian Brzezinski, however, had to give up in the first lap.
