Karin Knapp starts the new season in Hobart

Karin Knapp wants to get started again in 2017. The 29-year-old Luttacher starts the new year on January 6th in Australia by qualifying at the WTA tournament in Hobart, after which she will compete in the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam tournament of the season. Thanks to the protected ranking, she can start in the main field in Melbourne with four other Italians (Roberta Vinci, Sara Errani, Camila Giorgi and Francesca Schiavone).
