Nadal new number 1, Sinner slips slightly

Despite winning his fifth title at the ATP Masters in Paris, Novak Djokovic has lost the lead in the tennis world rankings to his long-term rival Rafael Nadal. The positioning of the South Tyrolean tennis aces has only changed marginally.
