Rungg misses promotion to Serie B

The women's team at Tennis Club Rungg failed to gain promotion to the national Serie B. Manuel Gasbarri's team lost the second, decisive play-off match at home on Sunday against Roman club Flaminio Sporting with 1:3 points and will therefore remain in Serie C next season.
