With a surprising 4-2 away win in Desenzano in the second round of the Serie C Italian Championship, national champions TC Bozen achieved promotion to Serie B on Sunday. The match winners were former professional and tennis teacher Andrea Capodimonte and Stefan Knapp, Karin Knapp's brother , who won both their singles and doubles. The ladies of St. Georgen remain second class.
