Despite the quarantine requirement: Halep can hope for the Palermo start

Simona Halep could receive a special permit to restart the tennis season in Palermo from August 9th and thus avoid the mandatory quarantine for travelers from Romania to Italy. Tournament director Oliviero Palma announced this on Twitter.
