US Open: Seppi one round further in doubles

After Andreas Seppi lost his first-round singles match at the US Open against the Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut on Wednesday, the 33-year-old from Kalter also played in doubles on Friday evening with the Frenchman Adrian Mannarino. In the first round they defeated Hans Podlipnik-Castillo (Chile)/Andrei Vasilevski (Belarus) in straight sets 6:3, 7:6(3).
