Why Sinner didn't understand Domme Paris' congratulations

After Jannik Sinner's famous victory in the first round of the ATP 1 tournament in Kitzbühel, multiple Kitz winner Dominik Paris was one of the first to congratulate him. However, the Pusterer didn't really understand the Ultner's congratulations, Sinner admitted at the press conference.
