How long Sinner stays at a tournament like this one in Vienna depends on his results. If he loses today, he could fly to Nice tomorrow to train in his adopted home of Monte Carlo before the Masters tournament in Paris-Bercy, which begins on Monday. Otherwise it goes straight to the Seine.

The last tournaments are a matter for the boss In addition to head coach Piatti, these are the trainers Cristian Brandi and Andrea Volpini from the Piatti Academy in Bordighera as well as fitness trainer Dalibor Sirola (who also once worked with Andreas Seppi) and Claudio Zimaglia. Sirola and Zimaglia are responsible for Sinner's fitness. All 5 take turns on the tour. The last tournaments of the season are a matter for the boss. The 62-year-old will accompany Sinner until the end of the year. Finally, it's about qualifying for the ATP Finals.

Sinner doesn't yet know exactly how things will continue after Vienna and Paris. If he still has a chance to be in Turin after that, he will play the last ATP tournament in Stockholm (November 7th to 13th). If he already has the World Cup ticket in his hands after Bercy, he will take a break the week before Turin. If he no longer has a chance at the ATP Finals after Paris, he will defend the title he won at the Next Gen Finals in Milan from November 9th to 13th. Life out of a suitcase continues until the Davis Cup at the beginning of December. Afterwards, his grandma will serve him a Wiener Schnitzel at home in the Puster Valley, which he is already looking forward to. He has only been to Sexten twice so far in 2019.
