Winter Cup: Three semi-finalists have been chosen

Before the last preliminary round game day, three of the four semi-finalists have already been determined. In Group A, St. Christina-Wolkenstein is already through, while in Group B, TC Trient and Rungg qualified for the semi-finals next weekend (February 25th and 26th).

St. Christina-Wolkenstein celebrated its early entry into the semi-finals on the penultimate match day of the preliminary round. If the Val Gardena team wins their home game against ATA Trento in Selva on Sunday, they will be group winners. If Kaltern defeats Levico at home at the same time, then the Überetscher will also be in the round of the last four.

The four teams in District B, however, finished their preliminary round games at the weekend. Thanks to defending champion Rovereto's 1-3 defeat in Trento, TC Rungg is also in the semi-finals of the Serie B Winter Cup. The Überetscher move into the semi-finals as second in the group behind Trento.

Winter Cup: Three semi-finalists have been chosen

The third matchday of the Serie B Winter Cup took place at the weekend. The two South Tyrolean tennis clubs St. Christina-Wolkenstein and Rungg, together with TC Trient, made it into the semi-finals.
