WTA Bogotà: Karin Knapp defeats Birnerova 6:1, 6:1

The 25-year-old from Luttach prevailed on Tuesday in the first round of the WTA tournament in Bogotá, Colombia (235.000 dollars in prize money) against the Czech Eva Birnerova. Knapp clearly defeated the world number 129 6:1, 6:1.
