Karin Knapp reached the semifinals of a WTA tournament for the eighth time in her career on Friday afternoon. The 26-year-old from Luttach lost out for the seventh time. This time the South Tyrolean had to bow to Canadian Eugenie Bouchard 4:6, 3:6 in Nuremberg.
