Manfred Fellin also won his second qualifying match for the $15.000 tournament in Chitila, Romania, on Monday afternoon. The 20-year-old from Brixen, like on Sunday in the opening game against Ioan Luca Vidan, narrowly prevailed on Monday against local hero Teodor Giusca in three sets, 6:3, 6:7(5), 6:4.
