ASV Eppan misses Italian Cup qualification

Evelyn Vivarelli, who had to come to the table despite having a fever, lost at the start against Chiara Colantoni 1:3. The visibly exhausted Debora Vivarelli, who played twelve international tournaments in just five months, had to bow to her ex-teammate Cavalli 2:3. In the second game of the afternoon she pulled herself together, played well and defeated Colantoni 3-1. Diana Styhar also won her game against the Argentinian Camilla Arguelles, but Evelyn Vivarelli then clearly lost to Arguelles. Cavalli used the match point with a very narrow victory over Styhar.

In the B1 series, ASV Eppan lost to Marco Polo Brescia after more than five hours. Jason Davide Luini was particularly convincing, winning three duels. Jacopo Endrizzi, on the other hand, lost twice but also won one game, while Samuel De Chiara was unable to get a point for his club.

Great results for South Tyrol's clubs ASC Sarnthein had no problems in Serie B2 with a 5-1 win against Este, as did TTK Marling in C1, which won 5-2 against Groupama Trento TNT. The outstanding player was Stephan Rautscher, who won three points. SSV Bozen also won the clash against Besenello. Things didn't go so well for ASV Tramin: In Cles, Florian Maier & Co. lost 3:5.

In the men's A1, Jordy Piccolin, who plays for Messina, was back in action for the first time after a long injury break. He and his team clearly won 4-0 against Milano Sport. Piccolin benefited from a task against Yang Min. Giorgia Piccolin was also able to impress in the Bundesliga in the colors of TTG Bingen Münster Sarmsheim and won the duel against Böblingen 6:4.

ASV Eppan misses Italian Cup qualification

Giulia Cavalli, of all people, denied ASV Eppan qualification for the Italian Cup. Cavalli, who was still in the colors of the Überetscher last year, won two games and became the match winner for her new club Norbello.
