The 12-year-old took 28th place at the European Cup Sprint in Lievin, France on March 7th. But super short races (150m swim, 3km bike, 1km run) are not her specialty. “I took part in Lievin just for fun, to try something new. Steinhauser will then take a short break and then prepare for the highlight of the season at a training camp in Livigno. The European Championships on Friday, August 26th in Munich. Fully motivated “The second part of the season is still a bit uncertain, but I will definitely be taking part in the WCTS race in Chengdu in China on October 2nd and at the World Cup final in Abu Dhabi.” Steinhauser is fully motivated, also because she has a few things changed in her training plan. “I tried to improve, especially in swimming.
