Jakob Weger missed the final run in Krakow

The Austrian Mario Leitner, a teammate of Matthias Weger, Jakob Weger's older brother, won the final run in the U23 kayak single sculls in 90,94 seconds ahead of Poland's Krzysztof Majerczak (91,62), both without penalty seconds. Bronze went to the Belgian Gabriel De Coster (91,69) with 2 penalty seconds.
