The first day of competition began with the 400 m individual medley. On this route there were victories for Sofia Pusceddu from SSV Leifers (5.10,58) and Edoardo Valente. The Italian vice champion in the 400 and 1500 m freestyle from the Mol team from Lombardy won in 4.56,11. The victories in the 100 m freestyle went to Rari Nantes Trento. The women's winner was Valentina Donini (59,64), who was the only one to stay under a minute. Luca Todesco (53,68) won among the men. Martina Battipaglia and Alessandra Senis (both Mol Team) won the women's 200 m dolphin in 2.31,80:2.13,18. In the men's race, the victory went to Mattia Antonelli from Rari Nantes Trento in 100. At the end of the first session, Viviane Graif (1.16,13 m breaststroke in 100) and Sonja Profaizer (1.09,15 m backstroke in 100) secured two victories for SC Meran. In the men's race, Daniel Giordano (Brenta Nuoto) was unbeatable in the 1.05,17 m breaststroke (2001) and Davide Gurreri from Team 100 from Rovereto in the 1.01,54 m backstroke in XNUMX. In the afternoon, in addition to Laura Letrari's show, there were also other victories for the top swimmers from Bolzano Nuoto. As expected, Laura's younger sister Arianna Letrari was in a class of her own in the 50 m dolphin in 28,73. Stefano Ballo took first place in the 50 m backstroke (28,49) and 50 m freestyle (24.15). Zaccaria Casna lived up to his role as favorite in the 50 m breaststroke in 29,30. The second victory of the day was won in the afternoon by Luca Todesco in the 50 m dolphin (25,68) and Viviane Graif in the 50 m breaststroke (34,11). Three age groups are evaluated. In addition to the Youth 1 (youth) and Youth 2 (juniors) categories, there is an Open class (seniors).
