Lisa Fissneider missed her last Olympic chance in Rome
Lisa Fissneider finally misses Olympic qualification
On Friday, Laura Letrari caused a huge surprise at the “Trofeo Settecolli” in the Foro Italico in Rome: The Brixen native set the fourth fastest time of an “Azzurra” this year in the 100 m freestyle and thus bought her ticket for the 4x100 m relay London 2012. “The final nominations will not be announced until July 4th, but their participation in the Olympic Games is almost certain,” said their coach Dario Taraboi happily. Lisa Fissneider from Kaltern, however, missed her last Olympic chance today in the 200 m breaststroke.
