Despite the flu: Pellegrini wins another medal

In the last season of her career, Federica Pellegrini continues to amaze: Italy's best swimmer of all time won silver in the 200 m freestyle at the European Short Course Championships in Glasgow on Saturday - even though she had vomited a few hours before the race.
