Maicol Verzotto failed to qualify for the semi-finals

Verzotto eliminated in qualifying from the 10m tower

The Bolzano diver missed qualifying for the semi-finals in high diving at the World Championships in Kazan. The 27-year-old didn't get past 33rd place and clearly missed out on a place among the top 18, which would have meant the semi-finals.
