Ski World Cup: These South Tyroleans start in Åre

Eleven world championship titles will be awarded at the World Cup from February 5th to 17th. South Tyrol has seven athletes: Christof Innerhofer, Dominik Paris, Simon Maurberger, Manfred Mölgg, Riccardo Tonetti and Alex Vinatzer were called up for the men's field, while Nicol Delago is the only local representative in the women's field. Karoline Pichler was not considered for the World Cup, nor was Werner Heel.
