All dates for the 2015/16 biathlon season have been fixed

The World Cup season will also open this year with the mixed competitions in Östersund at the end of November. The first individual winner will also be chosen there on December 2nd. Before the Christmas break, there will be stops in Hochfilzen and Pokljuka, while at the beginning of the new year the ski hunters will fight for World Cup points in Oberhof and Ruhpolding.

The big highlight from a South Tyrolean perspective takes place from January 21st to 24th, when the biathlon elite meet in the Antholz Valley. There is a sprint, a pursuit and a relay race on the program for men and women.

The two overseas stages in Canmore and Presque Isle are planned for February, before the World Championships take place in Oslo at the beginning of March. The final point of the World Cup season is the races in Khanty Mansiysk, Russia.

All dates for the 2015/16 biathlon season have been fixed

The International Biathlon Federation (IBU) has announced the final World Cup dates for the 2015/16 season. The starting signal will take place on November 29th in Sweden, while the final decision of the winter will be made on March 20th in Khanty Mansiysk.
