Antholz in the biathlon calendar until 2022

The 2020/21 World Cup season begins at the end of November in Kontiolahti in Finland, and the last races before the 2021 World Cup in Pokljuka (SLO) will be held in Antholz in mid-January. The biggest innovation will follow in March 2021: With a view to the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, a Biathlon World Cup will take place in Hualindong (approx. 200 km north of Beijing) as a dress rehearsal for the Olympics. The season ends immediately afterwards in Oslo.

Minsk comeback In the 2021/22 season, the Biathlon World Cup starts in Östersund (SWE) at the end of November. The World Cup will be back in Antholz in mid-January, the last races before the Olympics. Immediately after the Games in Beijing, the Biathlon World Cup will be in Minsk (Belarus) for the first time since 1990. The final will take place again in Oslo in mid-March.

In 2020 Antholz will be the venue for the Biathlon World Cup.
