Antholz will not apply for the 2017 Biathlon World Cup
The Antholz Biathlon Committee will not apply as a venue for the 2017 World Championships at the IBU Congress in Merano in the fall. Several factors - including strong international competition, economic aspects and the lack of support in the Antholzer Valley itself - prompted OC boss Gottlieb Taschler to take this step.
