Berger and Mäkäräinen subsequently became World Cup winners in 2014

The Biathlon World Federation IBU subsequently declared the Norwegian Tora Berger (40) together with the Finnish Kaisa Mäkäräinen (38) as the overall World Cup winners for the 2013/14 season.
