Biathlon World Cup 2019: Antholz looks to Austria in September

This year's IBU Congress was actually supposed to have been held in Kiev. Due to the political situation in Ukraine, the congress has now been moved to St. Wolfgang in Austria. The die is cast there as to whether the 2019 Biathlon World Championships will take place in Antholz.
