The Alpine Cup in Antholz was a big biathlon festival

At the weekend the Alpine Cup was held in the South Tyrolean biathlon mecca of Antholz. 302 athletes from 15 nations took part in two sprint races for men and two sprints for women. For the organizing committee, which once again organized perfectly organized competitions, it was a test run with a view to the Biathlon World Cup, which will take place at the foot of the Hochgall in mid-January. The young South Tyrolean ski hunters were able to get a taste of international competition flair.
