The biathlon calendar for the 2017/18 season

In the next few weeks, the official biathlon racing calendar for the coming season will be announced by the international federation. The absolute highlight of the season is the Olympic Games in PyeongChang (Korea), which will take place from February 9th to 25th, 2018. The World Cup consists of a total of 9 stages and will kick off with the classic in Östersund at the end of November. It will then end in Tyumen (Russia) at the end of March. In between, Hochfilzen, Annecy, Oberhof, Ruhpolding, Kontiolahti and Oslo are on the program. In Antholz becomes the world elite from January 15th to 21st make a stop.

The Ibu Cup will also take place over nine stages. Italy will be there too Ridnaun (from January 22nd to 28th, also the European Championships) and the Val Martello (from January 31st to February 3rd) to be present. The Junior World Championships will take place from February 26th to March 4th in Otepae (Estonia).
