The South Tyrolean had a bad day. Mediocre shooting (2 errors) and in the cross-country ski run (30th running time) made her 28th place overall. The Öberg sisters Hanna and Elvira did much better. While 25-year-old Hanna Öberg made no mistakes and won the sprint with a lead of just under 10 seconds, her sister Elvira, who is 4 years younger (with the second best running time after Marte Olsbu Roeiseland), ended up in third place. The Scandinavians were only separated by Anais Chevalier -Bouchet, who also remained at the shooting range without making any mistakes.
